Prof Tô Ngọc Hưng, the President of the University, expressed joy at witnessing and announcing the launch of the training program in the field of information technology, aiming to equip those who are currently or will be working in this field with knowledge and skills to contribute to entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity. Over the past 15 years, Hòa Bình University has always followed the educational principle of “Quality – Integration – Innovation” as a guiding principle for its construction and development. The University is committed to continuous innovation, quality integration, and always takes the needs of learners, employers, and society as the foundation for building programs and organizing training processes closely linked to the market. “We are fully aware that in the context of global educational integration, Vietnam cannot stand still but must actively participate in various educational and training fields, laying the foundation for the current Education Technology sector, especially Information Technology. In recent times, with the close cooperation of Spatial Decisions Vietnam Company, the Faculty of Information Technology, and other units have collaborated to develop training programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and IT capabilities for those who desire it, especially for IT students at Hòa Bình University,” shared Assoc. Prof Tô Ngọc Hưng.

According to Ms. Trịnh Thị Thanh Thủy, the Secretary-General of the Vietnam Logistics Association, currently, businesses face limitations in utilizing human resources due to the weak preparation and limited capacity of students to meet the requirements and criteria of enterprises. However, considering the development and vision of the university, the international training program “Full-stack Programming” at Hòa Bình University will meet the criteria of businesses. This is a proper direction and the goal of developing the university into a leading institution in the world in the coming years.

Presenting about IT training initiatives in the region and Vietnam, Mr. Kapil Chaudhery, Director of Spatial Decisions Company from India, emphasized the importance of high-quality IT workforce training that meets integration requirements, requires collaboration, and introduces breakthrough initiatives. According to research, the most attractive job in the labor market today is Fullstack programming, thanks to its strong prospects for future development and the increasing demand for professionals in this field that meets the needs of the growing social market.

Currently, India has become a global technology hub, particularly in the field of information technology. In the realm of digital transformation, the Indian government focuses on three main elements to integrate technology into society: building IT infrastructure as a utility for all citizens to access, fast-tracking and simplifying administrative information at the local level to improve people’s lives, and empowering citizens to access all digital services of the country.

Based on the practices in India, Mr. Kapil Chaudhery hopes to apply his existing experiences to other countries, fostering collaborations between private entities and governments. The program launched today is a small contribution to the Indian government’s aspirations to expand and contribute more to the global arena in the field of digital transformation and smart data. Particularly, those who are interested in this program or students of Hòa Bình University can participate in the training courses to enhance their professional skills and gain practical experience.

The objective of the Basic Full-stack Programming course is to train each student to become a proficient programmer with all the necessary skills and knowledge in information technology, programming tools, and more. During the training process, both Indian and Vietnamese instructors at Hòa Bình University will co-teach and collaborate to bring forth the latest and most innovative concepts for the students. The international training program “Full-stack Programming” aims to meet the output requirements of major businesses in Vietnam and abroad. This helps alleviate concerns about employment prospects, enabling students to confidently engage in the training course with diligence and creativity.
